Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Budget and periodic review with management.
∎ Negotiate Agreement from start to till end of service life.
∎ Identification of new potential suppliers.
∎ Identifying the localization scope.
∎ Initiate to suggest alternative standardized materials that can minimize the organization cost.
∎ Monitoring supply flow (e.g., material price increases, delivery shortages, Quality defect, gap analysis and counter measure) improvement area and continuous improvement.
∎ Lead procurement team to- Understand business requirements and Manage to buy products, work & services.
∎ Set Supplier Relationship Management tools (SRM) to ensure QCD.
