Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, and Elevations, as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD,3D, 3D MAX, Lumion, Sketch Up, Planning, Conceptual, , Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
∎ Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
∎ Developing and presenting project proposals.
∎ Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
∎ Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during Construction.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to handle National Sports Council (NSC) related design.
∎ Excellent technical drawing skills.
∎ Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
∎ Strong creative and visualization skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
Salary: Negotiable
