Spoken English Instructor

• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English (Language/Literature/ELT) from a reputed university.

• Excellent command of spoken English, pronunciation, and grammar.

• Passion for teaching and student engagement.

IELTS Instructor

• Must have an IELTS Band Score of at least 7.0 (with no band less than 6.5).

• Strong background in English language and test-taking strategies.

• Must have teaching experience in IELTS preparation.

• Clear understanding of all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).

Responsibilities & Context:

Spoken English Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English online classes for both kids and adults using both Laptop & Smart Board technology.

• Deliver engaging lessons focused on fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

• Must have good computer literacy and be confident in using Zoom, PowerPoint, and other online tools.

• Use interactive teaching methods like role-plays, storytelling, group discussions, and multimedia activities.

• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Adapt teaching techniques for different age groups and learning styles.

• Stay updated with modern digital teaching tools to enhance classroom engagement.

IELTS Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS preparation online classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) using both laptop & Smart Board technology.

• Must be capable of evaluating full Computer-Based IELTS Mock Tests (Writing & Speaking especially) and providing accurate, constructive feedback aligned with IELTS band descriptors.

• Must have good computer literacy and be confident in using Zoom, PowerPoint, and other online tools.

• Develop structured lesson plans, mock tests, and study materials.

• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and trends.
