Job Context:
∎ Division: Engineering
∎ Job purpose:
∎ Develop, implement, and enhance edotco Bangladesh`s Project Management methodology and tools to use for different projects
∎ Monitor and report on high value and high impact projects as assigned to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis, ensuring effective issue escalation and resolution towards achievement of project objectives
∎ Manage dependencies, risks, and any changes to project scope, and partner with all relevant divisions to ensure successful completion of project deliverables.
∎ Define and manage integration project activities, including developing and implementing detailed project plans with cross-functional team(s), project baseline plan managing pre and post project management activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Project Management methodology and tools as deemed required for the assigned projects.
∎ Track status of project deliverables and milestones, including managing information distribution
∎ Coordination of project level risk and issues
∎ Monitoring status of project completion and transitioning into normal service for the end user ensuring proper handover among different stakeholders
∎ Coordination of project and program level reporting cycle
∎ Support acquisition integration by developing detailed project plans, change management procedures for projects and drive integration project plans
∎ Support in all project related integration processes and activities for different division e.g. Finance, Operations and HR
∎ Ad-hoc strategic projects, including developing project management framework, design project management improvement processes and design training and awareness programs for skill set improvement in operating countries
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholders, multi-disciplinary projects
∎ At least 5 years of experience managing projects related to telecommunication new site rollout
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
∎ Prior exposure in TowerCo industry is an added advantage
∎ Good knowledge of project management and ability to specify the solution set in detail to vendors
∎ Sound presentation skills to project stakeholders i.e. leadership team
