Additional Requirements:
  • Partially qualified from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) is preferable.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a publicly listed company`s share department, with experience in both paper shares and electronic (CDS) shares administration.



Responsibilities & Context:

Background: The Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist-Investor Relations to manage the company's share department and shareholder communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in share administration, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting within a publicly listed company in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all share-related activities under the Corporate Affairs Department, covering both paper and CDS shares.

  • Manage share-related matters such as issuance, transmission, dematerialization, and rematerialization of share certificates.

  • Maintain and update statutory registers and related records.

  • Handle periodic reports from Central Depository Bangladesh Limited for regulatory compliance and shareholder updates.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports and returns to relevant authorities, including RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE, and CDBL.

  • Prepare, calculate, distribute, and reconcile cash and stock dividends.

  • Issue distribution and tax certificates in accordance with regulatory and tax requirements.

  • Prepare financial statements for employee funds in compliance with applicable laws and standards.

  • Corporate Affairs Support

  • Assist the Company Secretary with governance, compliance, and shareholder-related tasks as required.
