Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reinforce lessons taught by the teacher through small-group or one-on-one instruction.
∎ Assist them to stay focused.
∎ Help manage student behaviour using positive behavioural interventions.
∎ Monitor and redirect student behaviour as needed.
∎ Monitor Student Progress:Ensure students are completing class works.Observe and record student performance and behaviour.Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about student progress and needs.
