∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the spa industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle problems with confidence.
∎ Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and industry trends.
∎ Proficiency in basic spa management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
∎ Maintain a high standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and supervise the spa team, providing training, support, and guidance.
∎ Handle inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
∎ Address customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
∎ Develop promotional strategies to enhance spa visibility and attract new clients.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, and client feedback.
