∎ Eye for detail, lighting, materials, and spatial accuracy.
∎ Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and creative directions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines.
∎ Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in 3DS MAX. Familiarity with V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion is an added advantage.
∎ Design Understanding: Ability to visualize both creative and technical elements of a design.
∎ Presentation Skills: Capable of producing client-ready visuals that align with branding and project goals.
∎ Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 3D Visualization: Create detailed, high-quality renderings from floor plans, mood boards, and design briefs.
∎ Interpretation of Design Direction: Work closely with the Chief Interior Architect and design team to translate creative concepts into 3D models that reflect materiality, lighting, and spatial intent.
∎ Rendering & Post-Production: Apply texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce final visuals. Conduct post-processing when needed.
∎ File Organization & Asset Management: Maintain organized project files and 3D libraries for reuse and referencing.
∎ Team Collaboration: Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas on how to enhance spatial and material representation in visuals.
∎ We are hiring a 3D Rendering Visualiser (3DS MAX) to join our design-turnkey interior architecture team. The role is crucial in transforming the creative vision into photo-realistic visual representations, which will be used to communicate ideas to clients, internal teams, and contractors.
