∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Computer Science & Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Strong technical background in QA methodologies, processes, and practices, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
∎ Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG, for web application testing.
∎ Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
∎ Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
∎ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA engineers to achieve quality objectives and deliver high-quality software products.Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
∎ Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
∎ Set clear expectations, goals, and performance targets for team members and hold them accountable for results2. Quality Assurance Processes:
∎ Establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
∎ Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
∎ Define quality metrics, benchmarks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor product quality and team performance.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.3.Test Automation:
∎ Lead efforts to automate testing processes and tasks using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks
∎ Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and performance testing.
∎ Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.Collaboration and Communication
