Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
2. Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and necessary applications.
3. Provide technical support for the resort's management software, restaurant POS, accounting software, and reservation systems.
4. Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and other network-related issues.
5. Monitor system performance and ensure regular data backups and basic data security.
6. Identify and resolve software and hardware problems promptly.
7. Coordinate with software vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
8. Maintain IT equipment records, software licenses, and technical documentation.
9. Support management and staff with day-to-day IT-related activities.
10. Recommend improvements to existing IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant technical skills and practical experience may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and office applications.
- Ability to identify and solve technical problems independently.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working with a team.
