∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, monitor and lead the Social Media and Graphics team and load/upload content for Company to the social media channels
∎ Daily news uploads.
∎ Daily video uploads on YouTube channel.
∎ Daily trending news searching and sharing with newsroom.
∎ Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts by creating polls/contests/quizzes/games, etc.
∎ Create quarterly plans based on events, holidays, festivals, etc. and identify branding events, social media content with concept, story board, etc. and work together with all departments, divisions, involved.
∎ Strategize and create Social Media strategy to increase traffic and monetize from all existing channels and create new Social Media channels for further growth and implement the strategy accordingly.
∎ Affiliate Marketing, monetization from ads from both home and abroad, direct ad space selling, viral video content creation, job circular posting, learning video modules, etc.
∎ Identify and develop relevant content - Content generation - more Video based and other types of Content development for the website & social media channels to reach target audience (from idea generation to hosting to direction to follow up and monitoring the success metrics e.g. views/engagements/reach in all channels.
∎ Innovative content/campaigns with targeted audience focus should be on e.g. gaming video content, cooking content, viral video/funny video/lifestyle content, learning content etc. as per user demand/need with the end goal or more views/reach leading to monetization from online channels.
∎ Create, curate, and manage all SM content (images, video and written) to ensure quality and branding of respected Company.
∎ Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social/Polite" way while cultivating leads, fans, followers and loyalty.
∎ Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
∎ Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
∎ Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns with allocated budgets
∎ Provide and ensure analytics and insight to both social media metrics (e.g. likes, comments, shares, etc.) and business metrics (e.g. traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, etc.) and tie them together to give an overall view of the Group's social media performance against targets set/goals.
∎ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
∎ Analyze and ensure key metrics are in place e.g. SEO, SMM, Google Analytics for Adsense, Alexa ranking, regularly and tweak strategy as needed.
∎ Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) with KPIs e.g. user growth, reach, profile, engagement, negative/positive feedback, in social media channels and important campaigns/events.
∎ Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces/pages, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
∎ Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive Social media marketing plan to drive traffic and revenue. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
∎ Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
∎ Implement ongoing education for team to remain highly effective and updated.
∎ Analyze and monitor campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns and report regularly
