Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content and managing our social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok. As a Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills with Canva to create stunning videos from images with good transitions and music. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for design, strong project management skills and a passion for social media.
∎ Location: Fully Remote, Salary 10-15k based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to engage our audience and grow our TikTok following.
∎ Create and curate content for social media platforms, including Canva videos from images with good transitions and music.
∎ Engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Analyze and report on social media metrics to track growth and effectiveness of campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in managing social media platforms and growing a following, with a focus on TikTok.
∎ Strong knowledge of Canva and experience creating videos from images with good transitions and music.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong project management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics.
∎ A creative eye for design and attention to detail.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on the amount of projects accomplished, bonuses will be rewarded.
