Responsibilities & Context:
● Shoot high-quality photos & videos (Reels, behind-the-scenes, content clips)
● Create and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
● Write captions (Bangla + English mix) aligned with brand tone
● Post content regularly and manage content calendar
● Execute content ideas based on strategy provided
● Monitor performance (views, engagement, saves) and improve content
● Manage camera setup, lighting, and basic production
