∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Have experience of working at International hotel project.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day site execution activities as per project requirements.
∎ Assist the Project Manager in all on-site activities and operations.
∎ Deploy manpower and workers based on instructions received from the Project Manager.
∎ Ensure work is carried out strictly according to approved drawings and specifications.
∎ Manage and monitor worker deployment to optimize productivity.
∎ Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
∎ Minimize material wastage through proper handling and usage control.
∎ Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards at the site.
∎ Maintain construction quality in accordance with the approved standards.
∎ Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
∎ Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation on work status and issues.
∎ Provide regular updates and support to the Project Manager on site progress and challenges.
∎ Work as per management decision.
