∎ BS.c / Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly accountable for construction project planning and ensure timely completion of the project along with Project Control Manager and other stake holders
∎
∎ Develope L4 level construction schedule of more than 50 pages loading man hour and quantity
∎
∎ Handle Manpower Planning and MRP (Material requirement planning) & Time Tracking
∎
∎ Configure primavera internal settings to generate all reports just by click of button.
∎
∎ Site execution monitoring
∎
∎ L1/L2/L3/L4 EPC Scheduling
∎
∎ Update schedule, prepared weekly and monthly report for the construction project
∎
∎ Prepare Executive summary, Project Progress Tabulation sheet with weightages, Construction quantity progress register, Engineering progress register, S curves for different attributes like Manpower, Home office progress, Overall Engineering Progress, Procurement Service Progress, Procurement progress, Overall construction and pre-commissioning progress, civil, mechanical, building pipe rack, electrical, instrumentation progress
∎
∎ Participate in weekly review meetings with EPC contractor & customer consultant
∎
∎ Monitor weekly project progress, implemented controls, conducted performance appraisals and generating project progress report
∎
∎ Analyzed schedule to perform cross-project analysis for prioritizing resource across sub projects
