Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil engineering and as well as should have sound knowledge in electrical engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Understand the drawing and execute the work in the field accordingly.
∎ Field based Site Supervision and management of Construction works.
∎ Provide timely and strongly worded feedback to contractors.
∎ Produce concept, design and construction documents, drawings and briefs.
∎ Supervise and manage Contractors.
∎ Responsible for overall electrical and mechanical maintenance for building construction.
∎ Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs and able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction related works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year experienced as supervision in construction site. Without experience do not need to apply for this post
∎ Should have sound knowledge in AC and electrical device maintenance service for building construction
∎ Real Estate, Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Construction Building, Inspection Consultation & Structural Design.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
