Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2D (Auto Cad), Civil Construction, Road and Jetty Construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle independently civil construction work of HED/RHD/PWD/Others Govt. Project as well as foreign subcontracting
∎ Able to prepare complete estimate and costing of a project.
∎ Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ To maintain liaison with the govt. authority (GE, SDO, SAE,XEN etc. ) in connection with the construction / renovation in the project.
∎ Prepare report on progress of construction work under concerned project weekly/daily basis.
∎ Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.
∎ Assuring quality of erection/construction works.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labour/contractors.
∎ Communication with head office regarding implementation works.
∎ Reporting to project coordinators.
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth , effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal
∎ To handle & knowledge about timely finishing work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age up to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in road constructions as well as building constructions.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Prepared to travel

Salary: Negotiable
