∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ From any reputed Institute with a good academic background.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Computer skills, Good communication skills, Good talking in Bangla.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design specifications.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material, and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepared Estimation of Materials & BOQ as per drawing.
∎ Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries. Should have a sharp knowledge of architectural drawing, Structural design, electrical and plumbing drawing, etc.
∎ Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Inform the senior of any errors, discrepancies, or omissions contained within the design drawings.
∎ Monitor the site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor's Running bill.
∎ Have to take responsibility to solve all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Real Estate works with completed buildings from start to handover will give preference.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skills.
