Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Govt. Polytechnic Institute)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare estimate and costing of a project by providing cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, etc.
∎ Quality control of construction materials while ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials
∎ Managing site supervisor and labor/contractors
∎ Provide Assistance to the maintenance team in trouble shooting
∎ Regular reporting to higher authority
∎ Record keeping of different incidents/regular issue/storage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with the operation of pump, air conditioner, breaker, generator, transformer, control panels etc. (Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering)
∎ Understanding of basic Civil engineering functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc. (Civil Engineering)
∎ Assuring safety of installation/erection/construction works
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal
∎ Have to travel frequently
∎ Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
