∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field supervising the ongoing building & other Civil construction works in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout, plumbing works as per company instruction.
∎ Ensuring safety during work.
∎ Quality control, site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvements.
∎ Materials in and out report maintenance with costing.
∎ Follow-up details work programs & contractor's manpower.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Specialized in handling interior decoration projects.
∎ Capable of handling labor works and monitoring and supervising the related parts of the project work as per company policy.
∎ Vast knowledge on finishing works, work sequence, and checklist maintaining.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
∎ Smart, energetic and innovative
∎ Computer literate
∎ Ability to work as a team member

Salary: Negotiable
