Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering incase of BSc Engineer from reputed university length of experience will be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
∎ Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
∎ Supervise daily construction/civil work of specific project.
∎ Drafting contract administration correspondence.
∎ Must be able to read working drawing.
∎ Estimate materials quantities from works drawing.
∎ Manage suppliers and conductors.
∎ To handle engineering design.
∎ Proper knowledge about project layout.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Sector.
∎ Smart and ambitious professionals
∎ 05 years practical experience in real estate construction / civil works.
∎ Computer literacy: Auto cad, MS word, excel etc.
