Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, scheduling and supervising overall construction works of high rick residential building projects.
∎ To prepare bill and checking of constructor bill as per BOQ/Budget.
∎ To maintain proper documents of project work.
∎ Good knowledge of Quality Control/field engineering at construction site.
∎ Follow up civil works and safety issue. Knowledge of materials (Civil constructions & interior)
∎ Good understanding of details architectural/structural drawing, BOQ Bar chart etc.
∎ Ability to manage the work force and timely completion of work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 4 year(s) experience in relevant field.
∎ Good knowledge of understanding of computer work.

Salary: Negotiable
