Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Construction Firms
∎ Having experience in steel structure will be given extra priority.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office & Auto-CAD.
Salary: Negotiable
