Civil Construction works, Construction Estimating, Interior Finishing, Interior Project, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand all construction drawings and accordingly drawings should execute in the field.
∎ Able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction work from the drawings.
∎ Perform regular quality check.
∎ Lead and manage contractor's labors.
∎ Coordinate with Consulting Engineer /Architect for smooth execution of the project.
∎ Prepare BOQ, work schedule etc.
∎ Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
∎ Prepare material consumption statement.
∎ Prepare project progress plans & making regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Efficiency in Auto CAD/SKETCHUP
∎ Excellent site control and coordination skills with subcontractors, client and the Consultant.
∎ Knowledgeable to Supervise and manage site safety, quality and progress.
∎ Capability to identify construction problem and issues.
∎ Proactiveness to raise comments and supervise the modification.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Salary: Negotiable
