∎ Experience with luxury and corporate interior projects, in their portfolio.
∎ Expert in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interior project site Management and Supervision.
∎ Prepare and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;
∎ Coordinate with Consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Bill preparation & checking of the contractor/vendors arrange & coordinate meetings on regular basis with project engineers, consultants & contractors.
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, sanitary & plumbing, fire detection & protection, interior designers etc.
∎
