Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, construction of factory building

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor all civil & structural works according to the provided drawings.
∎ Supervise the materials at the site and ensure the quality of the project activities.
∎ Supervise & implement the architectural & finishing works as per the drawing.
∎ Estimation of materials & work.
∎ Ensure safety at the construction with proper safety guidelines for the man & materials.
∎ Prepare bills as per work performed at the site, maintain the site register, measurement book, etc.
∎ Daily supervision & reporting of the project activities, management of contractor, man & materials.
∎ Any task as required by the management team.
∎ Ensure timely progression & completion of the project.
∎ Have to stay at Project Site as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
