∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Project Management, QC & Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with Project Manager and Architect of Head Office and other relevant Departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work deadline/Schedule.
∎ Supervision of all Interior, Exterior and Civil works.
∎ Preparation of Materials Requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and checking of Labor & Contractors Bill.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the Company.
∎ Work with under pressure.
∎ Must have a clear concept regarding the AUTO CAD drawing, design & specifications.
∎ Clear concept on Interior decoration materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in supervising interior projects independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others and on teams.
Salary: Negotiable
