Building Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having practical experienced in Factory building construction with Ensure completion of assigned scope of work within the targeted cost and time.
∎ Implementation of work at site as per project schedule and submit progress report periodically.
∎ Check estimate and arrange to forward all necessary material requisition for procurement on time.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinating & implementing for proper progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 5 to 6 years practical experience in Spinning Mill Construction Works.
Salary: Negotiable
