∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institute.
Job Context:
∎ Civic Planning and Development LTD. is hiring Site Engineers for Residential Building Project.
∎ Employment status-Contractual/Permanent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Civil work inspection and site supervision.
∎ Sourcing raw material and keep updated with current pricing.
∎ Material estimation according to drawings.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing the execution of civil work according to drawing.
∎ Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, deadlines, acquiring and compiling quotes).
∎ Make daily, weekly and monthly reports according to work target.
∎ Prepare material requisitions according to work scope.
∎ Ensuring quality of both material & civil work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ This position will make a scope for the applicant to learn every detailed about building construction.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on interview.
