∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
∎ Proven experience in civil/site engineering for large-scale projects (preferably metering stations).
∎ Strong knowledge of BNBC, ASTM, ASCE, and PWD Rate Schedules.
∎ Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet browsing.
∎ Energetic, dedicated, and professional with strong team spirit and leadership qualities.
∎ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
∎ Supervise civil works (foundations, structures, paving, drainage) and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
∎ Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and verify compliance with design and codes.
∎ Ensure all works comply with BNBC, ASTM, ASCE, and other standards.
∎ Monitor PWD Rate Schedules for cost efficiency (labor, material, and equipment).
∎ Verify materials meet quality standards as per ASTM and BNBC.
∎ Implement project-specific QA/QC procedures, perform inspections, and coordinate testing of civil works.
∎ Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth site operations.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site logs, and ensure documentation compliance.
∎ Ensure PWD Rate Schedule adherence in cost estimation and reporting.
∎ Ensure proper sourcing, storage, and usage of construction materials as per ASTM standards.
∎ Coordinate timely material delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
∎ Report costs in line with PWD Rate Schedules.
∎ Implement site-specific safety procedures and environmental compliance measures.
∎ Perform regular site surveys and ensure accurate layout validation.
∎ Resolve discrepancies between design and site conditions.
∎ Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing civil work costs.
∎ Address technical challenges and provide support to resolve issues efficiently.
∎ Coordinate with the design team for adjustments based on site conditions.
∎ Ensure accurate as-built drawings and assist in design review meetings.
∎ Carry out any additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management
