∎ Candidates must have detail knowledge about interior and construction materials, finishing materials and the installation process about these materials.
∎ Capable to attend site meetings.
∎ Have to work outside of Dhaka.
∎ Have to work from from site as well as well as office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report to Project Engineer about Progression, Complications, Required Steps regarding execution of the Projects.
∎ Candidates must have experience in supervising both civil construction and interior finishing work. Man power distribution in sections as per requirement.
∎ Candidates have to do estimation for site work.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Implement the Projects as per Design & Specifications.
∎ Preparation of Estimation, Bill, Daily Progress Report.
∎ Supervise & Check Sub-Contractor Work & Bill.
∎ Preparation of Daily Budget, Work Schedule.
∎ Monitor day to day work of the Projects.
∎ Provide Guidance & Monitor Junior Engineers
