∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A clear understanding of Interior Construction works
∎ Manage and control all aspects of the ongoing construction site for Interior Design
∎ Site management includes advising the in-house planning team, managing the project scheduling and contractors
∎ Preparation of Budget & Construction//implementation Schedule
∎ Preparation of Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
∎ Identification of project scope - Risk, Opportunities and Roadblocks
∎ Supervise & check all Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings
∎ Incorporate & ensure quality and standard of construction, modify an existing design to meet those needs if necessary
∎ Working with teams across departments and business lines, in remote locations where needed, and coordinate with contractors/vendors
∎ Coordinating between stakeholders in all aspects of Project Controls functions and parameters
∎ Coordinate & Monitor other Project Manager & Coordinators, Projects & QS and Planners
∎ Lead and manage an integrated Construction team including construction/implementation scheduling, scope analysis for implementation
∎ Perform, Monitor, assist and assure timely delivery of projects
∎ Manage and supervise the overall Timely Delivery of Projects and manpower resources at the site
∎ Perform on overall project achievement and meeting the key milestones

∎ Age 30 to 38 years
