Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s / Master's Degree from any reputed university
∎ 1-2 years’ experience in a real estate/ site scouting field
∎ Experience in effective negotiation
∎ Good analytical ability and persuasion skills
∎ Frequent travel to different areas/Cities as needed
∎ Good grasp of legal documentation related to land/space acquisition

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directing and overseeing building acquisitions, leasing and site locations required to set up new facility or hub.
∎ Acting as a point of contact for the space owner, govt. regulatory organization and the Management
∎ Preparing and submitting of application and agreement to the landlord
∎ Managing and working closely with service owners and contractors/vendors/ municipalities/ owners to finalize the location and fulfill the necessary contractual obligations.
∎ Ensuring detailed documentation of the site acquisition which includes the lease agreements and permits. Handover all services/sites/documents to Finance & Accounts to continually carry out the remaining works/processes.
∎ The Site Acquisition Executive’s major responsibility is to scout for facilities for hubs and distribution houses, coordinating with land lords and regulatory associations, ensuring documentation regarding the facility or site.
