Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage daily showroom activities.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
Oversee stock management, including inventory levels and replenishment.
Set and achieve sales goals and targets.
Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
Recruit, train, and schedule showroom staff.
Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Monitor and control showroom expenses.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Implement promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Ensure the showroom complies with company policies and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for both customers and staff.
Any other task assigned by management.
