• Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor / Assistant Shop Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
• Passion for the beauty and fashion industry

BD Beauty Glamorous, a leading beauty and fashion brand, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Shop Supervisor / Assistant Shop Supervisor to oversee the operations of our new showroom. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with a strong customer focus and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring convenience, cleanliness, smooth and efficient workflow

• For Assistant Supervisor, Preference will be given to Females with experience in cosmetics showrooms.

• Day-To-Day Sales & Activities Performance Measurement

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates

• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement

• Implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
