Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Operation & Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all equipment operations via the MMI (Man Machine Interface) screens and ensuring safety by efficient parameters.
∎ Ensures the established standards for labor efficiency & utilization within the departments.
∎ Ensure production accuracy by quality standards and required time schedule.
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors.
∎ Support the shift superintendent to all safety and housekeeping programs.
∎ Take the direct lead in equipment stop and start time.
∎ Minimize the production time and potential equipment damage during machine start-up or shutdown period.
∎ Coordinator in control room and ensure maximum safety of all equipment.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher authority/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
∎ Employee management skill.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experience as shift in charge in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply
