Job Context:
∎ Datadesh Technologies is looking for an image retouching Shift Incharge having experience in executing high-volume retouching projects and managing large teams.
∎ Must have experience working at least 10 years with a company that worked for foreign clients.
∎ Must have the experience working as a "Team Manager/Sr. Team Manager" for at least 3-5 years with a company that worked for foreign clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the production line and report to management on a daily basis.
∎ Analyses production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
∎ Ensure the final quality and client requirements are fulfilled on every order.
∎ Design and implement "best practices" and techniques to meet production targets.
∎ Deliver high-volume image retouching projects daily.
∎ Reviewing and approving the final version of the production.
∎ Handling customer feedback and issues.
∎ Overtime work approval and tracking.
∎ Manage production planning for shifting work smoothly.
∎ Resolving quality and client feedback, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements.
∎ Hourly checks on work progress.
∎ Meeting project deadlines.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmers: Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and client standards/instructions.

∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
