Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for the production, safety and quality of the shifting team.
∎ Assist to plan for prepare daily production activities and issues work assignments accordingly
∎ Manage proper production staffing according to the schedules.
∎ Coordinates production start-ups, shut-downs and changeovers on required time.
∎ Responds to production issues or alarms and take participation in investigations
∎ If necessary.
∎ Assures and make people follow the established safety procedure.
∎ Ensures employees required training and provide necessary stuffs to arrange it.
∎ Address regular and available hazards and find out the potential way to overcome it
∎ Prepare report on working condition and submit to management time to time.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting and investigate root cause analysis and provide recommendation.
∎ Minimize waste through process optimization
∎ Any other works assigned by higher authority/management.

∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
∎ Employee management skill.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experience as shift in charge in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply
