∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Should have experience in a similar role in VRM Cement Plant operations
∎ Should have strong knowledge of VRM and Cement Process
∎ Familiarity with DCS/SCADA operations
∎ Should have decision-making ability
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Should have excellent communication skills
∎ Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office and ERP
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate the VRM Cement Plant from CCR including Coal Mill during the shift
∎ Monitor and control process parameters (Feed rate, Mill vibration, Temperature, Power consumption, etc.) to ensure optimal mill performance
∎ Coordinate with the field team for any abnormalities
∎ Ensure stable operation by adjusting process parameters based on feedback and plant performance
∎ Coordinate with the quality department to ensure product quality as per standard
∎ Log all operational data and significant events during the shift in the shift logbook or system
∎ Communicate shift-wise activities and abnormalities during shift handover
∎ Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
∎ Support maintenance team during breakdowns or planned maintenance activities
∎ Report any process deviation or equipment malfunction to the concerned authority immediately
