Job Context:
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar Regional Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to September 30, 2022 with possibility of Extension

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience with a minimum of five years' work experience of SRH/health in emergencies, integrated SRH and GBV programming, COVID-19 programming
∎ Experience in operating health clinics
∎ Experience of supervising field staff required.
∎ Demonstrated experience in leading teams in SRH/health in emergencies, clear understanding of SRH, GBV, COVID-19
∎ Strong knowledge of SRH in emergencies, integrated approach in SRH and GBV, Humanitarian Principles, IASC Protection, GBV and CP minimum standards and guidelines.
∎ Strong skills in designing, delivering/facilitating trainings to different stakeholders on SRH/health and integrated SRH and GBV and knowledge of training participatory tools and methods.
∎ Must be comfortable to attend and facilitate internal/external meetings, representing SRH/health issues.
∎ Practical field experience working in camps or informal/makeshift settlements required.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in team setting.
∎ Strong ability to organise work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritise work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills, problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility.
∎ Excellent report writing skills and experience in M&E systems and multiple budgets management.
∎ Strong computer skills on MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Fluent communication skills in verbal/written English and Bangla. Rohingya/Chitagonian advantage.
∎ Commitment to and understanding of CARE core values and principles.
∎ Must adhere to and encourage PSHEA and CARE Code of Conduct and ensure timely reporting.
