Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is working in the coastal area of Bangladesh since 1985. Its core activities are the socio-economic development of coastal people which is operated through seven thematic areas as Agriculture, Fishery, Dairy and Horticulture; Education, Skills and Youth Development; Conflict Resolution; Climate Change and Disaster; Health and Nutrition; Social Entrepreneurship; Microfinance and Rohingya Education, Protection and Repatriation.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is going to implement Self- Reliance Project.
∎ The overall objective of the project is to
∎ Strengthen food security, nutrition, and portable skills through homestead gardening and community aquaculture.
∎ .Enhance waste management initiatives to reduce the environmental degradation in the targeted camps
∎ Provide FDMNs community members an additional income and skills through engaging them in up-scaling/ up cycling process & production.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of implementing sewing and cutting skills.
∎ Provide training on sewing, cutting and life skill among the Rohingya participants.
∎ Conduct pre assessments of the beneficiaries before starting the training to assess the competency level, their interest and availability.
∎ Prepare schedule of training
∎ Visit home to home of Rohingya
∎ Prepare report on trade activities.
∎ Prepare requisition for training materials and equipment
∎ Maintain the training equipment that are used at center
∎ Ensure attendance and maintain the attendance of the participation.
∎ Maintain different Register Books.
∎ Contribute to a positive team environment.
∎ Perform any other duties that the line manager may assign.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have vast experience in sewing skill activities.
∎ Fully responsible for sewing skill programme operation.
∎ Experience to prepare related program materials and its primer.
∎ Experience in Business Plan preparation and assist beneficiaries for preparing their business plan.
∎ Understanding of local language
∎ Report writing skill

Salary: Tk. 44000 (Monthly)
