Sales Executive job post, you can use the following responsibilities:

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and travel-related services.

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information, quotations, and itinerary suggestions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

• Prepare customized travel packages based on customer requirements and budget.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.

• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the company system.

• Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions.

• Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies, and tourism products.

• Participate in travel fairs, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
  
  
  Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in travel and tourism sales will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet Browsing).

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Good command of Bengali and basic English.

  • Passion for travel, tourism, and customer service.
