Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering (CSE)
∎ CCNA or networking diploma will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake service operations, maintenance, repair within defines work scope on a range of products of the company
∎ Ensure that all work is done in accordance with applicable legal and company procedures including health and safety policies
∎ Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs
∎ Provide technical support to external customers at their location
∎ Should have strong knowledge on printer , photocopier, laptop etc servicing and motherboard repairing
∎ Should have knowledge on smart board training and demonstration
∎ Should have strong knowledge on IP camera, DVR, NVR, camera setup.
∎ In-depth knowledge required on conference system/PA system and sound system
∎ Provide training to the valued customers
∎ Professionally handle service calls and issues arising from the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Hardware Engineer, Network Engineering, IT Support Service
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
