Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, HSC, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Good knowledge in solar products such as solar module, solar battery and solar appliances.
∎ MS Office knowledge (Word & excel) is a must.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect complains from customer regarding warranty issues.
∎ Supervise the technicians/ Jr. Technicians for smooth operation of work.
∎ Before receive products check and ensure that products are eligible to get warranty.
∎ After receiving products from customers ensure and complete the required inspection within 02 days (specially for solar panel & battery)
∎ Make a precise listof warranty products and according to warranty chart send products to supplier for repair/refurbish.
∎ After reparation receive products from supplier and return products to customers according to record/list.
∎ Documentation work when required.
∎ Other jobs as & when required by the Supervisor.
