Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer Science from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and understand of faults and alarms both Access, IT domain, and Core Network Terminals, like - NSS, IN/VAS, Transmission, 2G and 3G BTS of different vendors with more concentration to avoid missing any alarms
∎ Diagnostic and monitor the functionality and efficiency of IT, Billing & Charging systems
∎ Identify, localize, prioritize network faults and alarms, notify and escalate according to escalation procedure, through SMS, WhatsApp, Phone Call, E-mail etc.
∎ Inform, issue and manage trouble tickets for matured alarms as per the agreed timeframe to different regional offices of BSS Field and FLM vendor office accordingly
∎ Follow up issued TTs providing status & taking necessary actions and verify and close issued TTs finalized by field engineers & vendors accordingly
∎ Verify and analyze daily, weekly and monthly outages and alarms to identify root causes or frequent problem areas to identify viable solutions
∎ Prepare different TT status reports to measure BSS O&M KPIs, ensure production and distribution of all regular, special and ad-hoc reports, and evaluate the quality of service of the network by analyzing customer usage levels, network utilization, and service or traffic performance
∎ Coordinate with OMOs answer queries and to notify of faults in shared sites and ensure timely resolution

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications/IT sector
∎ Basic understanding of 2G and 3G Telecommunication Architecture
∎ Basic knowledge of network faults monitoring of telecommunication elements
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation
∎ Basic knowledge about Telecom process & frame work
