∎ BSC in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, coordinate and continually improvise the customer feedback process through effective implementation of Transaction-level-Feedback as a customer experience indicator.
∎ Deep dive analysis and presentation of customer feedback data through management reports.
∎ Support multiple transaction feedback processes across several functions simultaneously, including real time feedback.
∎ Manage overall customer experience measurement process.
∎ Responsible for after sales support to customer in the assigned area.
∎ Looking after dealer service operations.
∎ Providing Technical assistance in smooth running of production & to maintain quality.
∎ Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
∎ Reduce inventory and material defective cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years' Experience in Electronics Industry highly appreciable.
∎ Good knowledge of operational issues and must be commercially knowledgeable
∎ Knowledge of Process delivery & quality assurance parameters.
∎ Knowledge of spares and operation function
