Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise service technicians, coordinators, and support staff teams.
∎ Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, inquiries, and escalations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote customer loyalty.
∎ Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests, scheduled maintenance, and resolution status.
∎ Develop and implement service strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize equipment performance.
∎ Coordinate service schedules, dispatch technicians, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and safety protocols.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to uphold service standards and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to HVAC/VRF and Lift systems, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
∎ Provide technical guidance and assistance to service personnel to resolve challenges and ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment.
