Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install machinery items at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment performance.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing timely repairs and adjustments.
∎ Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
∎ Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers and end-users.
∎ Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Maintain accurate service records, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
∎ Prepare service reports and documentation for customers and internal use.
∎ Ensure service activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
∎ Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify equipment performance and reliability.
∎ Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance service quality.
∎ Coordinate with parts and logistics teams to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.
∎ Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for service operations.
∎ Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends related to machinery items.
∎ Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
∎ To carry out other related work assigned by management.
