Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hands-on experience with all kinds of garment artwork applications.
∎ In-depth understanding of all types of garments sewing applications.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts and processes.
∎ Provide installation support and application training based on customer requirements.
∎ Offer on-site and offline customer support.
∎ Collaborate with the team to develop systems for problem-solving and innovative solutions.
∎ Effectively manage customer interactions, time, supplies, and personnel.
