∎ B.Sc, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to service requests in a timely manner and conduct thorough assessments of embroidery machines to identify issues and causes of malfunctions.
∎ Perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring that machines are restored to proper working condition promptly.
∎ Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and consumables necessary for embroidery machine maintenance and repairs.
∎ Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Develop and implement a proactive maintenance schedule to prevent unexpected breakdowns and ensure the long-term reliability of embroidery machines.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance activities to keep the equipment in peak condition.
∎ Work diligently to minimize production downtime due to machinery issues or maintenance activities.
∎ Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during planned downtime whenever possible.
∎ Possess a deep understanding of the mechanical and electrical components of embroidery machines.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on embroidery machines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Keep comprehensive records of all maintenance and repair activities, including issues encountered and solutions applied.
∎ Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in machinery service and maintenance.
∎ At least 1 year of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining Embroidery Machines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and handle urgent service calls.
∎ Valid motorcycle driving license and confident riding skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
